What was your profession before joining The Meat House?
I was a chef.
What is your ideal meal made with items only from The Meat House?
The ideal meal would have to be the dry aged porterhouse steak with garlic and herb smashed potatoes and fresh seasonal steamed vegetables. Served of course with Klinker Brick Zinfandel.
For whom would you cook that meal?
I would cook that meal for everybody and anybody.
What is your favorite Meat House product, why?
My favorite Meat House product is definitely our Shaker Pond Ice Cream. Why? Because it’s ice cream!
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I really enjoy the camaraderie of my staff and the chance to sell a quality product.
